Vodafone Idea provide this VIC virtual assistant service 24x7 to their customers and subscribers. to access the digital assistant via WhatsApp Vodafone users. In this customers can also do multitasking on this service like bill payments, recharges, VAS, plan activation, new connection. This digital service has been developed for Vodafone Idea on the technology by ORISEVE, a startup in the stealth mode.
